Psoriasis is a skin problem where the skin cell reneval cycle is faster than normally and this causes spots, rash and itching on the skin when dead skin cells pile up on top of the skin a lot faster than they are supposed to. Symptoms vary a lot and they can be located in different places on the body.
If you have psoriasis you want to avoid using parfumes and synthetic fragrances. For washing the laundry soap nuts are your safest choise because they don't contain anything that irritates the skin.
Skincare should be done in a very simple way. Choose a balm, oily or milk cleanser and use it only in the evening. Hydrosol/toner is enough in the morning time. You can boost the cleansing by using a muslin cloth or konjac sponge. If you want to peel the skin, do it gently. You should never irritate psoriasis skin with peeling. Moisturize the skin with gentle products.
