During puberty the skin starts to change with the rest of the body. You migh notice starting to have breakouts which are caused by your hormone levels changing. The hormone levels is something we can't change but you can make right choises when it comes to skincare to help to take care of your skin the right way. At the latest when you start using make up you should start to take care of your skin.
Foaming and gel cleansers are usually the worst ones you can use, really for any skin type. Usually young skin is sensitive, topically dry but also prone to oilyness. These symptoms get worse if the skin is washed with too harsh products such as foams or gels. Milk cleansers, oils and balms wash the face without harming it's natural mechanisms. They also remove make up gently but effeciently.
In the morning it is enough to rinse your face lightly and spray some toner/hydrosol on it. You want to spray the toner/facial water on clean skin and apply a moisturizing product while the skin is still wet. Moisturize the skin with a cream and remember that oily prone skin needs oil and moisturizing! This is the trick to make the skin produce less oil.
